Vostock Capital team makes every effort to ensure your successful and efficient participation, thus we prepared a brief guide with the most important information for you.
- To log in to your profile:
– go to https://businessplatform.online/
– input the email address or mobile phone you used for registration (if you used email address – confirmation code will be sent to your mailbox, if you used your mobile phone – you will receive a text with the confirmation code). If you did not receive the code, please check Junk email folder in your email and add email@example.com to your contacts.
– input the code in the corresponding field
- If you detect incorrect profile data, send a request with the changes to firstname.lastname@example.org or correct the data by yourself and save the changes.
- Join private technical visits by clicking Events, in the upper left corner
- Appoint meetings with all participants in Attendees section. Choose an attendee and click Schedule a meeting
- Exchange messages with all the participants. Click Delegates, choose a participant and then click the icon on the right.
- Check your technical opportunities for online negotiations, be sure that: o you use the same device and network as you used for the test call
- o you closed all other programmes which require microphone and camera
- o your connection is fast and stable (refer to GENERAL TIPS)
- o your Interpreter (if you need him/her) has access to your meeting room
- o you are in touch with your Manager from Vostock Capital
- o you allowed the browser to use camera/microphone. The system automatically asks for permission when you join an online meeting
- Remember that conference interpreting is available during the sessions. To join the session with interpretation, join the session, click Original and select a language (Original or Translate)
- We recommend using Google Chrome or Edge Chromium browsers
- Internet: Download speed – от 10 Mbit, Upload speed – from 5 Mbit
- We recommend using Full HD webcam. Light in the room influence quality of the picture significantly. Do not sit in front of the window to avoid direct light in the picture.
- We recommend using headphones with a microphone, please avoid using the microphone inbuilt in your laptop, PC or a webcam.
- Full HD (1920×1080) screen is recommended.
- You can access the platform from your mobile devices (phones, tabs), but log in from your computer to work on it
- If you have technical problems (with video or sound):

Check three parameters:
PING (should be 5-150 ms)
DOWNLOAD (should be 10 Mbps or more)
UPLOAD (should be more than 5 Mbps or more)
- If the speed parameters are lower:
– log in using your mobile phone
– use your mobile phone as a hotspot and log in from your PC
